Providing a sturdy and level base for garden buildings, this Mercia 10x8ft Portabase can easily be installed on either hard or soft ground, as a hassle free alternative to concrete or paving slabs.
Made from high quality pressure treated timber, FSC certified timber this portabase provides the perfect foundation for your new garden building. Galvanized metal spikes ensure this frame remains firm, providing a sturdy base for garden buildings and raising them from the ground. The robust metal spikes also allow the base to level a gradient of up to 65mm. This portabase fits most Mercia 10x8ft shed and garden building offerings. | Additional Assembly Information | Installation included. This installation service is supplied by Mercia Garden Products. The team will be in contact to ensure a successful and smooth installation process. Please note that prior to the delivery and installation of your building you must prepare a suitable base. We recommend a base that is firm, solid, level and no smaller than the size of your chosen product. We also recommend that a 2-foot clearance gap is left around all sides of the building for maintaining the upkeep of the timbers. This installation service is not available in Ireland. This product must be treated with a wood preservative and waterproof top coat once installed and annually thereafter. |
